Charlie has worked with students for over 20 years in education and ministry settings. She currently is on staff at Orange as an Orange Specialist. Prior to that, she had the privilege of serving as the middle school youth minister in a thriving Methodist church in a close-knit community in metro Atlanta. During her time in ministry, she has coached adult volunteers to consistently lead small groups of teens, organized large middle school ministry worship experiences, and led an on-campus ministry program at a local middle school. She is also a ministry coach with the Youth Cartel. Charlie lives near Atlanta with her wildly talented husband, Eric, and her two sometimes snarky, but always lovable, college-age daughters. She has an intense love of cheese and would love for every meal be a taco of sorts!
