According to 2021 survey data from Gallup, one in six Gen Z adult humans identify as LGBTQ. As ministry leaders, what do we need to understand about gender and sexuality? And, how can we lead our own ministry in a way where volunteers and parents feel equipped for conversations with the humans they love?
